Our publication
About
Useful health information should be clear about both its evidence and its limits.
Our purpose
Good & Steady is an English-language media project, primarily for adults in the United States aged about 35–60. We help people after 40 make sense of strength, sleep, food, recovery and healthy aging without turning health into another full-time job.
Our approach is practical and evidence-informed: clear explanations, traceable sources and small preparations that fit real life. Launch V1 articles have completed authorship, source/claim checks and owner approval, with separate permission to publish. Other drafts remain unpublished. Six preparation guides, My Week and Build My Meals are also available. These organize everyday preparation; they do not prescribe exercise or medical nutrition.
How we intend to publish
Our editorial policy requires traceable sources, clear authorship, appropriate clinical review and transparent corrections. Research findings, editorial interpretation and practical context should be distinguishable.
What this site is not
We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, individual care plans or emergency support. Reading an article does not establish a clinician–patient relationship. Decisions about symptoms or treatment belong with a qualified healthcare professional.
People and accountability

The public project contact is hello@goodandsteady.com. No clinician roster, professional credentials or medical-review status is claimed at this stage.
