Planning & preparation

Make room for one small practice

A practical planning exercise for a week that already feels full.

A small way to start

  1. Choose one familiar activity you already feel comfortable doing.
  2. Look at your week and choose a time window that actually exists.
  3. Decide on a smaller version you could do if that window disappears.
  4. Use My Week to record the slot. Reflect on what worked after the week.

If the week gets busy

Use the slot only to prepare your space, look at your calendar or decide on your next step. Leave the activity for another suitable time.

Make a smaller Plan B in My Week

Keep it appropriate for you

If activity is unsuitable for you or you are unsure, use the time to prepare questions for a qualified professional instead.

A time window is a calendar choice, not a recommended dose of exercise. We make no promise about health outcomes.
