Planning & preparation

Prepare for a strength session

Make the setup easier without prescribing exercises, loads or a training program.

A small way to start

  1. Choose an existing routine that is appropriate for you, or arrange guidance from a qualified instructor.
  2. List what that routine needs; equipment availability does not decide a safe load.
  3. Pick a place and time and check that your space is suitable.
  4. If guidance is not ready, use the slot for preparation rather than a new workout.

If the week gets busy

Use the slot only to prepare your space, look at your calendar or decide on your next step. Leave the activity for another suitable time.

Keep it appropriate for you

This is a preparation practice, not a strength prescription. No exercises, repetitions or weights are assigned.

A time window is a calendar choice, not a recommended dose of exercise. We make no promise about health outcomes.
